Job location - Noida

Qualification Required : Bachelors of engineering or similar.


Job Responsibilities :


* Implement MS Broadcast Playout MSTOP processes for customer service alignment with SLA performance levels.
* Manage 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management.
* Ensure scheduled, received, recorded, and transmitted primarily live content follows the MSTOP MS Broadcast Content Logistics process.
* Secure distribution transmissions reaching the Ericsson demarcation point per SLA.
* Continuously monitor resource and service status and performance.
* Proactively detect and address possible failures.
* Ensure 1st level restoration and repair as needed.

* Experience Applying Expertise & Technology
* Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Must be willing to work flexible hours (early or late as needed) to interface with Boeing personnel around the world.
